I’m after a lean but polished mobile dress-up game—think a mini-Covet Fashion—built for both iOS and Android within a fixed budget of $50. A cross-platform stack such as Flutter, React Native, or similar is totally acceptable as long as the final builds run smoothly on current phones.

The essentials:
Players create a custom avatar, mix and match outfits and accessories, upload a personal photo if they like, and share their finished look straight to social channels. I’m aiming for a modern, runway-inspired interface: clean lines, sharp typography, bold imagery.

Deliverables
• Installable test builds for iOS (IPA) and Android (APK)
• Full source code with build instructions
• A starter asset pack (≈10 garments, 5 accessories) to demonstrate the system

Acceptance criteria
• App launches and performs the avatar customization, outfit creation, social sharing, and photo-upload features without crashes
• UI follows the stated modern-fashion style and scales correctly across typical screen sizes

This is an MVP, so keep the scope tight and code tidy. If the prototype hits these marks, we can explore an expanded roadmap in a separate engagement.
