I need a Chrome extension that lets me design and run complex browser routines entirely through a drag-and-drop interface. My typical flow looks like this:
– open a specific tab or URL,
– click on an exact text string (or its closest partial match if the full string is missing),
– follow any link that opens in a new tab, repeat the text-click logic there,
– wait intelligently while each page finishes loading,
– click a designated image,
– close the tab and return to the previous one,
– continue clicking the next required text, and so on until the sequence completes.
- repeat until stop.
- repeat set count

No extra bookmark, password, or ad-blocking features are necessary; the sole purpose is automation. While configuring a routine I want real-time visual feedback so I can see every step exactly as it will execute. Dragging blocks around should immediately update the preview, and I should be able to save, edit, and export these workflows without writing code.

Deliverables
• Production-ready Chrome extension packaged for the Web Store
• Graphical workflow builder with real-time preview
• Support for exact/partial text match, image targeting, waits, tab control, and conditional branching
• Short user guide (video or PDF) showing how to create, modify, and run routines

Acceptance criteria
1. I can build the sample flow described above without touching code.
2. The extension performs each action reliably across the latest Chrome release on Windows and macOS.
3. All routines remain private to the user’s browser profile and can be exported/imported as JSON or similar.

Preferred tech stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, Manifest V3, and any lightweight front-end library you find suitable. If you have questions about edge cases or implementation details, feel free to ask—I’m happy to clarify.
