I’m looking for a lawyer who can turn my outline into two polished documents:
• Service Level Agreement (SLA)
– Scope limited to IT Services and ongoing Maintenance Services.
– Must spell out clear performance metrics: response time and resolution time targets, remedies for missed targets, and a straightforward escalation path.
• Share Purchase Agreement (SPA)
