DPIIT Recognition & FSSAI License

I’m building an early-stage venture in the trade/retail space and I now need to formalise two critical compliances:

Scope of Work:
I am seeking help only with:
1. DPIIT Startup Recognition: Review the current eligibility and document checklist, help prepare and review the application, and guide me through submission using my company-controlled account. Please assist with draft responses if the authority raises queries.
2. FSSAI: Review my actual business activities and confirm the correct FoSCoS category and licence/registration type. If a Central Licence is applicable, help prepare the application and assist with follow-ups until a decision is issued.
3. Provide a brief handover note covering renewal timelines and relevant post-approval obligations.

I am not seeking fundraising, grant or seed-fund applications, investor materials, 80-IAC tax exemption, or other funding preparation at this stage. My existing pitch deck may be reviewed only if it is relevant to the DPIIT Recognition application; no fundraising deck work is required.

Please quote your professional fee separately from any applicable government charges. Do not guarantee approval. I will retain control of portal accounts and OTPs. A 5-year FSSAI validity may be requested if the Central Licence is applicable and granted, subject to the applicable rules and fee.
