Domestic 3D MEP Electrical Modeling

I’m working on a domestic residence and already have detailed 2-D drawings in hand. I now need a clean, fully coordinated 3-D MEP model that covers every electrical aspect of the house—general power and lighting, the integrated solar-PV setup, and the complete fire-alarm network.

Here’s what I expect from you:
• Translate my existing drawings into a precise 3-D layout in Revit MEP or AutoCAD MEP, whichever you’re most comfortable with.
• Include a clear single-line diagram, panel and load schedules, and any supporting sheets needed for permitting.
• Show conduit, cable trays, trunking and device placements so clashes are obvious and easy to fix before we build.
• Deliver native project files (.rvt or .dwg) plus PDFs for quick viewing.
• Turn the first draft around within seven days and stay available for revisions until the model matches the design intent exactly.
