# Dog Walking App — Freelancer Job Description

## Project Overview

I’m looking for a skilled **UI/UX designer and mobile app developer** to build a modern, extremely user-friendly **dog walking application exclusively for Egypt**.

The main goal is to make the app **simple, straightforward, trustworthy, and enjoyable to use**, while still having a modern and polished appearance.

The app will connect **dog owners with verified dog walkers**.

## Core Concept

Dog owners should be able to:

* Create an account
* Add their dog(s)
* View available dog walkers
* Browse walker profiles
* See walker ratings/reviews
* Choose a date and time
* Book a dog walker
* Track/manage their bookings
* Communicate with the walker
* Leave a review after the walk

Dog walkers should be able to:

* Create a walker account
* Provide their personal information
* **Submit their Egyptian National ID during registration for identity verification**
* Create a profile
* Set their availability
* Accept/decline walking requests
* Manage upcoming walks
* Communicate with dog owners
* Receive ratings/reviews

The application should be designed specifically for the **Egyptian market**.

## Design / UI Requirements

This is one of the most important parts of the project.

I want the application to have an **extremely user-friendly UI**.

The design should be:

* Modern
* Clean
* Simple
* Friendly
* Bright and happy
* Easy to understand
* Not overly complicated
* Easy to navigate even for someone who isn't tech-savvy

Think of a design that immediately makes the user feel:

**“I know exactly what to do.”**

I don't want a complicated interface with unnecessary menus or dozens of buttons.

The app should have a **happy, playful color palette** that fits the dog/pet theme while still looking professional and premium.

### Home Screen

The home screen should have a **3D dog as a major visual element**.

The dog could have a friendly/playful appearance and potentially have subtle animations.

The home screen should immediately communicate the main purpose of the app and make it very easy for the user to:

**Find a dog walker / Book a walk.**

The 3D dog should feel like part of the application's identity rather than just a random decoration.

## Registration & Verification

There should be separate experiences for:

**Dog Owners**

and

**Dog Walkers**

For walkers, registration must include **Egyptian National ID submission for identity verification**.

The National ID information must be handled securely and should not be unnecessarily displayed publicly on the walker's profile.

The freelancer should recommend an appropriate and secure approach for handling ID verification and sensitive user information.

## Important UX Principle

I strongly prefer:

**Simplicity > unnecessary features**

The application should feel extremely straightforward.

For example, a dog owner should be able to open the app and understand within seconds how to book a walk.

The booking process should ideally be something like:

**Choose walker → Choose date/time → Confirm booking**

rather than requiring the user to navigate through many screens.
