Dockplanner tdocks Quote Email Integration

I need the software link between our Dockplanner tool and tdocks.com completed so that quote requests flow smoothly and reliably by email. The core objective is exactly as we discussed earlier: design both the application logic and the server-side bridge that captures user input from Dockplanner and triggers the quote workflow.

Key elements I must see working:
• Automated email responses sent instantly after a user submits a request.
• Custom email templates that pull the project’s dimensions, selected options, and customer contact details straight from Dockplanner.

The feature set inside the design software itself has already been outlined in our earlier conversations, so please code against that agreed scope without altering interface behaviour.

Integration can be REST, webhook, or another clean method of your choice so long as it keeps latency low and is easy for our in-house team to maintain. Deliver tested code, brief deployment notes, and a quick read-me so we can reproduce the setup on staging, then production.
