Django Banking Modification

My core-banking platform is already live on Django, but two areas now need focused improvements.

User Interface
I want the screens to feel cleaner and more intuitive. We will review current templates, adjust component placement, refresh styling, and make sure every view renders correctly across standard desktop and mobile breakpoints. Exact layouts will be shared once we connect, yet the framework (Django templates with Bootstrap) must stay intact for easy future updates.

Transaction Processing
The engine currently handles deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers. I need additional transaction types—think standing orders and bill-pay style outgoing payments—wired into the same processing pipeline. That means:
• new model definitions and migrations
• validation logic and business-rule hooks
• integration with the existing audit trail and ledger postings
• unit tests ensuring the new paths do not break existing speed or security guarantees

Tech stack remains Django 4.x, Python 3.11, PostgreSQL, Celery, and Git for version control.

Deliverables
1. Updated UI templates, static assets, and responsive CSS committed to the repo.
2. New transaction models, views, serializers (DRF), and scheduled tasks fully tested.
3. Brief deployment notes so my DevOps script can roll the changes to staging without hiccups.

I will provide a fresh branch and staging database snapshot; you push through a merge request once all tests pass.
