I'm seeking an experienced family solicitor to assist with my divorce, specifically focusing on the division of assets.
Key areas of expertise needed include:
- Real estate property valuation and division
- Business ownership assessment and division
- Retirement accounts division
The ideal candidate should have:
- Extensive experience in high-net-worth divorce cases
- Strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of tax implications and legal frameworks related to asset division
Please provide relevant experience and qualifications in your bids. I want to do most of the paperwork and will require your help in setting up HR1, RX1 RX1C8, LSPO and section 3 freezing order and interim maintenace pending suit. So I need a hybrid approach as i have no access to marital money. I will be renting for a month untill I lock all the above in. Looking for competative rates since I now have to self fund. I am leaving a controlling 32 year marriage .
