Diverse Floor Plan & Facade Samples

My AI-native housing-design platform needs a bank of reference material that feels authentic to the Indian market. I want you to create two complementary sets of assets:

1. Floor-plan set
• Ten to twelve clearly dimensioned plans that illustrate the full spread of Compact, Spacious and Traditional layouts.
• Consistent scale, north arrow, basic furniture blocks and a short note on the design intent for each plan.

2. Facade set
• Photorealistic or well-shaded elevations for every floor-plan type.
• Mandatory themes: Red Brick, Mediterranean and Modern Minimalistic.
• Add at least two other façade styles you discover are popular with Indian developers—please cite the projects you used as references.
• Supply both daytime and dusk renders so we can test external lighting perception with users.

Deliverables
• High-resolution PNG/JPEG images ready for immediate consumer testing.
• Source files created in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or any industry-standard tool you prefer, organised in folders that mirror the two sets above.
• A brief PDF summarising the design rationale behind each style (max one page per item).

Acceptance criteria
• Drawings must be to scale and free of brand or client logos.
• Facade colours and materials should follow locally available products; no speculative palettes.
• I sign off once all files open flawlessly and the PDF explanations match what is shown visually.
