Description:
Hello! I am looking for an experienced 3D modeler/sculptor to create a series of custom, highly detailed thematic coffee mugs and tankards optimized for FDM 3D printing.
Project Themes & Variety:
We want to create a diverse collection including skulls, superheroes, cars, trucks, everyday objects, medieval, fantasy, and more.
Models can be for general collections or feature specific custom layouts.
Project Requirements:
Sizes needed: Models must be structured to fit standard stainless steel cup inserts in 400ml, 500ml, and 600ml capacities.
Internal fit: The 3D model needs a hollow interior designed to snugly slide these metal cups in from the top.
Design Variants (Nameplate vs. Full Texture):
Some models will feature a clean, flat front plaque or shield area reserved specifically for applying a custom nameplate/label later.
Other models will feature full continuous texturing around the entire mug without any flat plaque.
Printer Optimization: Models must be optimized for vertical FDM printing (we use a Bambu Lab printer) with well-defined exterior reliefs.
Deliverables: .STL files ready for printing.
Payment Structure:
I prefer a per-piece (per model) fixed-price payment structure.
When applying, please include your portfolio or examples of previous 3D sculpting/printing work (especially organic shapes, tankards, or collectibles) and your proposed price per completed design model.
