Digitize Survey Forms into Excel

I have a small batch of survey responses—fewer than fifty—sitting as scanned image files. I need every answer lifted from those scans and typed, error-free, into an Excel workbook that I’ll share once we start. Each survey is laid out identically, so once you understand the first one the rest should flow quickly.

The work is straightforward but accuracy is critical: spelling, numbers, and any checkbox selections must match the originals exactly. Please keep the spreadsheet tidy and consistent (one row per survey, one column per question). When the last form is entered, save and return the file; I’ll run a quick spot-check before marking the job complete.

If you’re comfortable reading scanned images and have solid Excel skills, this should be an easy, fast project.
