Digitize Handwritten Sales Records

I have 500 handwritten sheets that capture sales data for our electronics line. Each note includes the customer’s name, contact details, and the date of purchase, and I need every one of those details typed accurately into a clean, shareable spreadsheet.

You’ll work from scanned PDFs of the notes that I will supply in batches. Consistency is crucial—names must follow the same capitalization style, dates must be entered in DD/MM/YYYY format, and any illegible entries flagged for my review instead of guessed.

Deliverables
• One master Excel or Google Sheet containing: customer full name, phone or email (as written), and purchase date for all 500 records
• A short log of any entries you marked as unreadable

I’ll check your first 25 rows for accuracy before you continue with the remainder, so attention to detail from the very start will keep the project moving smoothly.
