I need a streamlined way to move money from my application to users through digital wallets, without manual intervention. Your task is to build (or help me choose and configure) a Transaction Manager whose single focus is automating every step of that payment process.

The solution should:
• Trigger payouts automatically from events or schedules I define
• Connect securely to the major digital-wallet APIs I specify (I’m open to your recommendations)
• Track each payment’s status in real time and surface clear success / failure logs
• Handle retries, webhooks, and basic error-handling so no payments are lost or duplicated

You’re free to suggest the tech stack, but I’ll expect clean, well-documented code or a no-code/low-code setup I can maintain. Once delivered, I’ll test with live wallet accounts; release is complete when payments run end-to-end without manual clicks.
