I need a streamlined application whose core job is to register receivables quickly and accurately. Beyond that essential registry engine, the system must also 1) generate clear, filterable reports, 2) push real-time or scheduled notifications, and 3) allow role-based user-access control so both our internal staff and our external clients can work inside the same environment without stepping on each other’s data.
The flow I picture is simple: a user logs in, records a new receivable (or updates an existing one), and the entry is immediately stored in a secure database. From there, the system should let authorised users pull summary or detailed reports on demand, and automatically notify stakeholders about due dates, status changes, or exceptions we define together. Granular permissions are vital; accounts, managers, and clients all see only what they are meant to see.
I’m open on the tech stack as long as it is modern, secure, and maintainable. If you have a preferred framework—Laravel, Django, Node/Express, .NET, or something comparable—let me know. Clean code, straightforward deployment, and clear documentation will be part of the hand-off.
