Digital Project Scope Assistance

I have a concept in mind but still need to nail down exactly what form it should take—a website, an app, or perhaps design and content materials. At this stage I’m looking for a freelancer who can listen to my ideas, ask the right questions, and translate the raw concept into a clear, actionable plan.

Your role will be to help me:
• Clarify the project’s ideal format and feature set
• Outline a practical development or production roadmap
• Identify any technical or creative constraints I should factor in

Please share examples of similar discovery or scoping work you’ve done and let me know how you typically structure your process.
