DIGITAL PRODUCT ADAPTATION FROM ENGLISH TO ITALIAN

## Project Overview

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to adapt one of my **digital products from English into Italian**.

The project is focused primarily on **translating and replacing the text**, while keeping the existing design and structure as unchanged as possible.

The final result must look like the original product, but be completely adapted for an **Italian-speaking audience**.

## Scope of Work

The freelancer will be responsible for:

* Translating/adapting all text from English into Italian.
* Making the Italian text sound **natural, professional, and easy to read**, rather than using literal or machine-like translations.
* Replacing the original English text directly inside the existing product.
* Correcting grammar, spelling, punctuation, and wording.
* Maintaining the original structure, headings, sections, formatting, and overall layout.
* Making minor text-related layout adjustments when necessary because of differences in text length between English and Italian.

## Design & Layout

The existing **design, graphics, images, colors, and overall visual style should remain unchanged**.

This is **not a complete redesign project**.

The main task is to adapt the textual content while preserving the original visual identity and structure.

## Mockups

The project must also include **2 professional mockups of the final product**.

Both mockups must showcase the **Italian version of the product** and be suitable for use in marketing or promotional materials.

## Revisions

The project includes **2 rounds of revisions**.

These revisions can be used for:

* Text corrections.
* Wording adjustments.
* Minor formatting adjustments.
* Small changes requested after reviewing the first version.

Unlimited revisions are not required.

## Budget

**Maximum total budget: €150**

The €150 budget must include the **entire project**, including:

* Translation/adaptation.
* Text replacement inside the product.
* Minor layout adjustments.
* 2 professional mockups.
* 2 rounds of revisions.

Please do not apply if your price exceeds this total budget.

## Deadline

The complete project must be delivered within a maximum of **14 days** after the project is started and all necessary files are provided.

Faster delivery is appreciated.

## Ideal Freelancer

I am looking for someone with proven experience in:

* English → Italian translation/adaptation.
* Digital products.
* PDF/ebook/workbook editing.
* Working with existing designs and layouts.
* Professional Italian copywriting.
* Creating product mockups.

Experience with **digital guides, ebooks, workbooks, lead magnets, online courses, or similar products** is a strong plus.

## Important Quality Requirement

I am **not looking for a simple automatic translation**.

The final Italian text must feel as though the product was originally written for an Italian audience.

The wording should be:

**Natural + Professional + Clear + Persuasive + Grammatically Correct**

The original meaning and structure must be preserved, while unnatural English expressions should be appropriately adapted into Italian.

## Final Deliverables

At the end of the project, I expect to receive:

1. The **complete digital product in Italian**.
2. The final version properly formatted and ready for distribution/sale.
3. **2 professional mockups of the Italian product**.
4. Editable/source files used for the project, when applicable.
5. All corrections included within the **2 agreed revision rounds**.
