Hiring: YouTube SEO & Google Ads (CPC/PPC) Specialist
About the Project
We are an entertainment company operating music labels catering to Hindi, Bengali and English-speaking audiences.
We are looking for a skilled YouTube SEO and Google Ads Specialist who can help us build sustainable organic growth, improve video discoverability and manage cost-effective paid advertising campaigns.
Our objective is to develop a strong digital presence for our music labels and build a genuine, engaged listener base across India and Bangladesh.
Scope of Work
1. YouTube SEO & Organic Growth
* Conduct a comprehensive SEO audit of our existing YouTube channels.
* Perform keyword research for Hindi and Bengali music audiences.
* Optimise video titles, descriptions, tags and hashtags.
* Improve channel structure, playlists and video discoverability.
* Research competitors and identify organic growth opportunities.
* Develop a long-term YouTube organic growth strategy.
2. Google Ads & CPC/PPC Management
* Plan, execute and optimise YouTube advertising campaigns.
* Manage video campaigns, including in-feed, in-stream and Shorts placements.
* Conduct audience research and geographical targeting.
* Optimise CPC, CPV, CTR and campaign efficiency.
* Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements.
* Develop cost-effective strategies for promoting music releases.
3. Analytics & Performance Reporting
* Analyse YouTube Studio and Google Ads data.
* Track organic traffic, impressions, click-through rates, watch time and subscriber growth.
* Submit transparent performance reports.
* Provide actionable recommendations based on actual campaign data.
5. Spotify Promotion & Music Discovery
* Develop promotional strategies to increase Spotify streams and listener engagement.
* Improve music discoverability through Spotify for Artists insights.
* Plan campaigns to promote new singles, albums and artist releases.
* Support Spotify playlist pitching strategies and independent playlist outreach.
* Promote Spotify releases through Instagram, Facebook and YouTube campaigns.
* Develop strategies to increase monthly listeners, followers and saves.
* Analyse streams, listener demographics, audience retention and geographic performance.
* Explore opportunities to reach relevant Bengali and Hindi music audiences in India and internationally.
The objective is to build a genuine and sustainable listener base on Spotify rather than relying on artificial streams or guaranteed playlist placements.
The selected freelancer will be expected to deliver:
1. Complete SEO audit of our YouTube channels.
2. Keyword research and competitor analysis.
3. SEO optimisation of selected existing music videos.
4. Recommendations for improving organic search and suggested-video traffic.
5. Google Ads account and campaign assessment.
6. A practical advertising strategy with audience targeting and budget allocation.
7. Final report with a proposed 90-day growth roadmap.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in YouTube SEO.
* Strong knowledge of Google Ads, CPC, PPC and YouTube advertising.
* Experience in music, entertainment, media or artist promotion is mandatory
* Knowledge of Bengali and Hindi music markets.
* Understanding of audience targeting in West Bengal and Bangladesh.
* Ability to interpret analytics and optimise campaigns based on performance.
Budget & Engagement
* Paid 14-day trial: ₹5,000–₹10,000.
* Advertising expenditure will be provided separately and is not included in the freelancer’s fee.
* Further engagement will depend on performance during the trial.
