Digital Marketing & Lead-Generation Ecosystem Setup

We are looking for a digital marketing freelancer or specialist to support the setup of a basic lead-generation ecosystem for a client who currently has no website or active digital advertising campaigns.

Our agency will be responsible for creating and managing the client's Facebook Page. We are seeking a freelancer to provide a proposal and quotation for the following:

1. Basic Landing Page Development
Design and develop a simple, professional, mobile-responsive landing page focused on lead generation.

The landing page should include:
Clear headline and value proposition
Brief company/service information
Main services or benefits
Strong calls-to-action
Lead/contact form
Click-to-call and/or WhatsApp functionality, if recommended
Mobile optimization
Basic SEO setup
Google Analytics / GA4 integration
Google Tag Manager setup
Meta Pixel integration
Conversion tracking for form submissions and other relevant actions
Domain/hosting recommendations and setup guidance, if needed
The goal is not to develop a large corporate website at this stage, but rather a clean and effective landing page that can receive paid traffic and convert visitors into qualified leads.

2. Google Ads Lead Generation
Please provide a proposal for the setup and/or ongoing management of Google Search campaigns focused on generating qualified leads.
Scope may include:
Keyword research
Competitor/search landscape review
Campaign and ad group structure
Ad copy development
Negative keyword strategy
Conversion tracking
Geographic and audience targeting
Campaign launch
Ongoing optimization
Monthly performance reporting

3. Meta / Facebook Lead Generation
We will create the client's Facebook Page. We need support developing and managing a Meta Ads lead-generation strategy.
Please indicate your recommended approach, such as:
Meta Lead Forms
Landing page conversion campaigns
Retargeting
Audience development and targeting
Campaign setup
Meta Pixel / tracking configuration
Ongoing campaign optimization
Performance reporting
The primary objective is lead generation—not follower growth or engagement.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in performance marketing, conversion tracking, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and lead-generation landing pages. The selected freelancer may also be considered for ongoing campaign optimization and future client projects.
