City Pro Fix is a property maintenance company preparing to launch its website. We want a steady, measurable flow of genuine enquiries and bookings from customers in the London areas we serve.
Main objective
Generate qualified customer enquiries at a cost we agree before the campaigns begin.
Work required
- Review our website and recommend improvements before launch.
- Improve local SEO, including relevant search terms for our services and the areas we cover.
- Review our service pages, page titles, descriptions and contact details.
- Set up and test Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking for calls, enquiries and bookings.
- Review our Google Business Profile and recommend improvements.
- Plan and manage lead-generation campaigns for Google Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Please explain which platforms you recommend for reaching homeowners, and whether LinkedIn would be more suitable for reaching landlords or property professionals.
- Create suitable ad copy and images, and recommend or build landing pages.
- Provide weekly reports showing enquiries, bookings, advertising spend, cost per lead and recommended next steps.
- Provide a clear marketing plan for the first three months.
