DevOps Mentor Required – Hands-on Training in CI/CD, Git & Azure DevOps
I am looking for an experienced **DevOps professional/mentor** who can provide **live, hands-on training** on DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, branching, tagging, and Azure DevOps.
I am specifically looking for **practical project-based learning**, where I can work on a real-world example and understand the complete process from code development through production deployment.
### Areas I want to learn:
* DevOps fundamentals and lifecycle
* Git & GitHub / Azure Repos
* Git branching strategies
* Feature, Development, Release and Main branches
* Pull Requests, merging and conflict resolution
* Git code tagging and release versioning
* Build creation and build numbers
* Deployment artifact preparation
* CI/CD pipeline creation and execution
* Automated build and testing
* Deployment to DEV, QA, UAT and Production
* Pipeline approvals and gates
* Release management and deployment governance
* Rollback strategy
* Azure DevOps Boards, Repos and Pipelines
* Real-world Release & Deployment Management practice
Expected Hands-on Project
I would like to work through an end-to-end project similar to:
**Developer → Git → Branch → Pull Request → Merge → CI Build → Testing → Artifact → Release Branch → Git Tag → UAT → Approval → Production Deployment → Rollback/Hypercare**
The mentor should explain **what happens at each stage, why it is required, and how a Release Manager interacts with the process**.
##Ideal Mentor
* Strong practical DevOps experience
* Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
* Good understanding of Git and CI/CD
* Experience working with Release/Change Management
* Able to explain concepts clearly to someone with ITSM/Release Management experience
* Preferably someone who has worked on enterprise projects
I am looking for **interactive 1-to-1 sessions with screen sharing and practical exercises**, rather than a recorded course.
Please include your **experience, tools you will use, proposed training approach, availability, hourly rate, and estimated number of sessions** in your proposal.
