We are looking for an experienced mobile app developer or development team to build a new mobile application for a Pilates studio chain in Spain, with 4 locations.
The main purpose of the app is to allow members to manage their classes and payments independently, reducing the number of phone calls and manual administrative tasks currently handled by studio partners and instructors.
Existing prototype
We already have a clickable functional prototype showing the main user flows and screens.

The prototype should be used as a reference for the intended user experience and functionality. It does not prescribe the technical architecture.
Main functionality
The initial version should include:
User login and account management.
Monthly membership/payment status.
Card payments.
Payment history.
View upcoming classes and calendar.
Change a class according to predefined business rules.
Cancel a class.
Recover a cancelled class within the allowed period.
Notify the studio of non-attendance.
Display available spaces in classes.
Studio announcements and closure/holiday information.
Acceptance of studio rules.
Push and/or transactional notifications.
FAQ/information section.
Basic usage analytics.
The app is aimed primarily at adult users with different levels of digital literacy, so simplicity, clear navigation and plain language are essential.
Important: existing management system
Soluna already has a management system behind its current website and mobile application.
One of the main objectives of this project is to determine whether the new app can connect to and continue using that existing system.
We therefore need the developer to assess:
Available API/integration options.
Existing booking and class data.
User/member data.
Payment information.
Class changes, cancellations and recovery logic.
Authentication.
Whether existing data can be migrated to the new application.
We would prefer to keep the existing management system if technically feasible, rather than building a completely new administration system.
Please clearly identify in your proposal whether your estimate assumes:
A) integration with an existing backend/system, or
B) development of a new backend/admin system.
The technical details of the existing system will be provided during the technical discovery stage.
Business rules
Some of the main rules include:
Class changes/cancellations with recovery are allowed with 24+ hours' notice.
With less than 24 hours' notice, the member can notify the studio but does not receive a recovery credit.
Recovery credits expire 15 days after the original class.
Only genuinely available spaces should be offered.
Class capacity is configurable.
The system operates across 4 studios.
The complete functional specification is available and can be provided to shortlisted developers.
What we are looking for
We are open to:
Flutter.
React Native.
Native iOS/Android.
Other appropriate technologies.
Please recommend the technology based on the integration requirements, long-term maintenance and total cost.
We are not looking for a simple visual redesign. The important part of the project is the reliable integration between the app and the existing management/payment system.
Important future features
The following are not part of the initial development scope:
AI assistant.
WhatsApp/chat support.
Advanced conversational support.
Additional languages.
Saved card details for future payments.
These may be considered in a later phase.

Third-party services used by the application.
The project should not create dependency on a single developer for future access or maintenance.
