Detailed SketchUp Model Update & Layout Sheets

I will hand you my current SketchUp model together with a concept look-book, a full specification package, and a LayOut template. The task starts by tightening every element of the model—living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms and all related doors, walls and built-ins—until it matches the imagery and finishes shown in the look-book. Geometry must be clean, layers and tags kept tidy, and materials assigned so the model reads clearly in both monochrome and textured views.

Once the model is fully detailed, the next step is to generate presentation / documentation sheets in LayOut using the template I supply. I need one coherent set per space that includes plans, elevations, key sections and a couple of 3D perspectives, all annotated and dimensioned exactly as the template shows. And one with all materials removed - simple line drawing style with the same information.

Deliverables
• Updated .skp file reflecting the approved concept
• LayOut file plus exported PDFs for each sheet, ready to print at A3

Acceptance criteria
• All dimensions accurate to 1/8"
• Materials, tags and scenes organized per my naming convention
• Sheets follow the template’s styles and are free of missing references or viewports

I’m working in SketchUp Pro 2025; please use the same (or a fully compatible) version so everything opens flawlessly on my end.
