Architectural & ID Detailed Drawings – Pediatric Clinic
Looking for an experienced Architect / Interior Designer to prepare Architectural & Interior Design drawings for a small pediatric clinic.
The required layout shall include:
* Reception and waiting area
* Doctor’s private office/consultation room with private small bathroom
* Pediatric examination/treatment room(s)
* Storage and required supporting spaces
* Furniture layout
* Floor & wall finishes
* Reflected Ceiling Plan (RCP)
* Internal elevations, joinery and detailed drawings
* Basic MEP coordination
Deliverables: AutoCAD (DWG) + PDF drawings, fully detailed and suitable for site execution.
Experience in pediatric/healthcare interior design is preferred. Please share samples of similar projects.
