Detailed 2D Floor Plan Drafting

I already hold the building’s original drawings in digital format and now need them translated into clear, permit-ready 2D floor plans. Accuracy and tidy layering are the top priorities, so every wall, opening, fixture, and dimension must read perfectly in model space.

AutoCAD is my usual environment, though a Revit or SketchUp-based workflow is acceptable as long as the final files open flawlessly in AutoCAD. You are welcome to leverage D5 Render or other visualization tools for your own reference, but the required output remains strictly 2D.

Deliverables
• Editable CAD file (DWG, RVT, or SKP)
• Plot-ready PDF sheets at the agreed scale
• One revision round after the first draft

Acceptance criteria
• Geometry, levels, and room names match the supplied digital references
• Layers follow a recognised architectural standard
• Drawings plot true to scale and read cleanly in monochrome

The reference files and title-block template will be shared once we get started. Please include one or two sample floor plans that show the drafting quality I can expect.
