Design PMRDA-Compliant 3BHK Layout
I need a complete architectural layout for a single-family home on a plot under 200 sqm (1630 sqft plot size. 35 width * 46 length )that complies fully with current PMRDA regulations. The concept is simple: the ground floor will be reserved entirely for covered parking, while the first floor must accommodate a comfortable 3 BHK arrangement.
The drawing set should include:
• Site plan with required setbacks and access as per PMRDA rules
• Floor plans, elevations, and sectional details ready for submission
• Area statement and FSI calculations proving regulatory compliance
• Two revision rounds after my review
Please prepare the design in AutoCAD (DWG) or Revit so I can forward it directly to the local architect of record. Accuracy to PMRDA norms is critical; the submission must be approval-ready.
