Design Compelling Marketing Brochure

I need a visually striking flyer / brochure that I can hand out and email for marketing purposes. The goal is simple: attract attention quickly, communicate my message clearly, and drive readers to take action. I’ll supply the core copy, logo files, and any brand colours I already use; you’ll translate that into a polished, professional layout that feels aligned with my brand personality.

Please build the piece for easy commercial printing as well as digital distribution—so think CMYK, correct bleeds, and a compressed PDF alongside an editable source file (Adobe InDesign or Illustrator preferred). I’m open to your guidance on size and fold style; if a standard A4 tri-fold or a one-page double-sided design suits the content better, let me know in your proposal.
