I will share a single-sheet Excel file that tracks all of our department KPIs. Before it can become a reliable decision-making tool, it needs a thorough tune-up and a polished, professional dashboard.

First, the raw data requires attention: tidy up the layout, remove any inconsistencies, and make sure every column is clearly labeled so managers and team members can filter or add information without breaking anything. A few key formulas are throwing errors, so they must be corrected or rebuilt to calculate totals, averages, and year-to-date metrics accurately. I also have fresh data that must be appended and incorporated into every calculation and chart automatically.

Once the backbone is solid, I want the numbers to speak visually. Build a dashboard on a separate sheet that pulls live from the cleaned table. Think clear charts and graphs for each KPI, interactive slicers or drop-downs to switch between time periods, and color-coded status indicators. The layout should be intuitive enough that a manager can glance at it and grasp current performance, yet flexible so team members can drill into specific projects or dates without getting lost.

Deliverables
• Clean, well-structured data table with error-free formulas
• Integrated new data set, updating all calculations automatically
• Dashboard sheet featuring dynamic charts, graphs, and interactive slicers/filters
• Brief walkthrough notes or short Loom video explaining how to refresh and maintain the file

I’m happy to answer any questions and can provide sample visuals if that helps you match our style.
