Dental RCM Operations Lead

Dental Billing Operations Lead or existing dental RCM team for a long-term partnership.

You should have strong experience with:

U.S. dental insurance billing
Claims submission and follow-up
Denials and appeals
Insurance A/R
Payment posting
Insurance verification
Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, Curve, or similar software
HIPAA-compliant workflows

We prefer someone who already has a small team or has experience managing billers and can scale as we add clients.
