I need a simple piece of Delphi 10.3 code that lets my existing Windows application send a WhatsApp message completely hands-free. The public interface I have in mind is:

procedure SendWhatsApp(const PhoneNumber, MsgText, FilePath: string);

Behaviour
• One call must push the message out automatically—no browser tab popping up and no user click on the WhatsApp Desktop “Send” button.
• Each message contains the supplied text and, when FilePath is not empty, one attached report file (usually TXT or CSV).
• I do not need to read incoming messages, track “read” receipts, or handle replies. Volume is a single scheduled report per day, so throughput limits are negligible.

Environment & constraints
• Delphi 10.3 (64-bit Windows target).
• The workstation can have WhatsApp Desktop installed if your approach requires it, but there are currently no WhatsApp-specific SDKs or libraries in the project.
• An official WhatsApp Business API route is acceptable as long as it remains fully automatic from the user’s point of view and can be triggered with the three parameters above.

Deliverables
1. A self-contained Delphi procedure SendWhatsApp.
2. Clear setup instructions (e.g. registering a WhatsApp Business account, installing any required DLLs, getting auth tokens).
3. Brief notes on any limits or maintenance tasks (token renewal, message quotas, etc.).

Acceptance criteria
• Running the demo and pressing “Send” dispatches the text plus attachment to the specified number with zero further interaction.
• Code compiles cleanly in Delphi 10.3 and integrates by simply adding the unit to my uses clause.

If you have questions about authentication, required ports, or message templates, let me know up front so we can keep the integration smooth and lightweight.
