Dedicated Email & Message Assistant

My inbox has become the bottleneck of my day, so I’m looking for a reliable virtual assistant who can step in and take full ownership of my email and message flow. The bulk of the work revolves around both my work-related correspondence and my personal email accounts.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Daily triage of every incoming message, clearly sorted and labeled by priority so I can see what actually needs my eyes.
• Thoughtful draft replies that reflect my tone and intent. I’ll review and approve these before they go out.
• Whenever I leave standing instructions—templates, common questions, or clear directives—I want you to reply directly on my behalf so conversations keep moving without delay.

I use Gmail and Outlook, along with Slack and the occasional LinkedIn or social DM, so being comfortable jumping between those tools is important. A background in executive assistance, customer support, or professional writing will help you pick up my style quickly.
