Dedicated Chat Customer Service Rep

I need someone who can jump straight into our live-chat queue and keep conversations flowing smoothly. The bulk of the work is general customer service: greeting visitors, answering questions about products, checking basic order details in our dashboard, and making sure every customer leaves the chat satisfied.

You’ll reply in real time during the agreed-upon shifts, use a clear, upbeat tone, and log each interaction so the rest of the team can pick up where you left off. If you spot an issue you can’t solve, simply tag it and escalate—no one expects you to be a superhero on day one.

My tools are web-based and easy to learn; I’ll provide account access, macros, and a short onboarding call so you feel confident before going live. While this role centres on chat support, I like working with people who are comfortable branching into email or phone responses later as our volume grows.
