Build a Dedicated AI Business Agent for Operations, Websites & Customer Support
I need an experienced AI automation developer/team to design, build and deploy a dedicated AI assistant for my lighting retail/showroom and e-commerce business (NLC) and safety training business (Cosmic Safety). It should assist me, authorised staff and customers, perform approved tasks, and improve our existing systems and operations. This is a development requirement, not a request for someone to manually perform all these jobs.
Required capabilities:
1. Web development and design: audit, maintain and improve existing websites, landing pages, e-commerce flows, UI/UX and integrations; propose and implement tested changes with approval before production deployment.
2. HR assistant: job descriptions, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, onboarding, attendance summaries, task/KPI follow-up and HR document drafts. Final employment decisions remain with management.
3. Warehouse and service operations: stock lookup, inward/outward records, low-stock alerts, purchase suggestions, order/delivery/fitting tracking, service tickets and daily exception reports across locations.
4. Billing and accounts assistant: quotations, invoice drafts, receivables/payables tracking, payment reminders, expense categorisation, reconciliation assistance and management reports. Financial postings, tax filings and payments require authorised review.
5. Marketing and sales: lead capture, qualification, follow-up drafts, CRM updates, campaign/content support, product catalogues, e-commerce assistance and performance reports. Ad spending and publishing follow approval rules.
6. Customer support: answer from approved product/course information, help customers choose relevant products/courses, explain approved pricing/policies, track enquiries/orders/service requests and escalate to a human. Support English and Hindi.
7. Owner assistant: searchable business knowledge, document/email summaries, daily dashboard, pending-action reminders, cross-department task coordination and suggestions to improve workflows.
Architecture and integrations:
Recommend a practical modular architecture: one main assistant with specialist tools/agents where useful. Assess existing tools first; integrate via authorised APIs with website/e-commerce, Google Drive/Sheets, email, CRM, billing/inventory systems and official WhatsApp Business integration where appropriate. Exact stack and access will be agreed after discovery. Prefer maintainable, cost-efficient solutions with clear running costs, rather than promising unrestricted autonomy.
Essential controls: role-based access, separation of customer and internal data, secure credential storage, audit logs, approval queues for consequential actions, reliable human handoff, backups, error handling and safeguards against prompt injection. No customer access to confidential HR/accounts data. No automatic payments, hiring decisions, data deletion or production changes without authorised approval.
Delivery:
Start with discovery and a clearly scoped MVP, then expand in milestones. Propose the first 3 high-value workflows and a realistic implementation plan. Deliver working integrations, admin interface, source code/configuration, documentation, deployment instructions, staff training and a maintenance/support proposal. Demonstrate end-to-end workflows and measurable acceptance tests using safe test data before live rollout.
