Debt/Equity Financing Capital Introduction

I am seeking an experienced investment banker, HNW with connections or similar to introduce capital for direct property investment in Australia. We are a development and investment company based in Brisbane Australia with a project pipeline of $750million AUD over about 1,500 land lots. We have direct investment opportunities in specific property projects near the capital city with returns of 15%pa to 20%pa and terms of 2-3 years. We are looking for individual HNW or family offices who want exposure to alternate direct property assets in Australia with an initial investment of at least $500,000 AUD.
