Debt Consolidation Call Campaign

I’m rolling out a U.S.-based debt-consolidation campaign and need a seasoned call center that can confidently handle both inbound inquiries and outbound follow-ups. All conversations will be in English, and the daily load will begin at fewer than 100 calls, so every interaction has to count.

Your agents will receive warm leads from my marketing funnels, qualify each prospect against simple criteria, and either transfer or schedule them for a consultation with our debt-specialist team. Because we operate in a regulated space, adherence to FDCPA, TCPA, and general FCC guidelines is mandatory, and all calls must be recorded and time-stamped for compliance.

I’ll supply an initial script and rebuttal guide, but I value your input on refining wording, pacing, and tone to boost conversions. Connection to my CRM (HubSpot) via API or secure file drops is preferred so that disposition notes flow straight into our pipeline.

Deliverables I expect at the end of each business day:
• A call log (CSV or CRM sync) with dispositions and time stamps
• Download links to call recordings (MP3 or WAV)
• A brief performance snapshot: contacts reached, qualified leads, transfers, and notable objections

If you already run a predictive dialer and can scale up beyond 100 calls once results justify it, mention that in your proposal. Experience in consumer finance, neutral or U.S. accents, and proven QA processes will stand out.
