Debt Collection Phone Outreach

I’m looking for an experienced collections professional or small call-center that can take over the day-to-day phone outreach on a single overdue settlement. Your sole objective is to prompt the debtor to contact me directly and restart payment discussions.

You will receive the person’s direct phone number, their work email, and a PDF copy of the signed settlement agreement so you can reference the exact terms if questioned. All calls must be placed during normal daytime hours and handled in full compliance with applicable debt-collection laws; tactful persistence is essential, harassment is not.

Deliverables I need from you:
• A brief opening script you plan to use (I’ll approve or suggest tweaks).
• A running call log noting date, time, outcome, and any voicemail left.
• Immediate notice the moment the debtor (or a verified colleague) agrees to speak with me or commits to a payment plan.

If you can demonstrate prior success with similar recoveries and have the bandwidth to make repeated, lawful follow-ups over the next two weeks, let’s get started.
