Day of the Dead Dress Maker

I'm looking for a unique dress maker to make this dress become physical for me to wear to a Halloween event. Measurements can be sent.

I would like the corset top to include embroidery, while the skirt does not need to be fully embroidered design.

I would like to keep this dress as lightweight as possible, colors as refeeenced in photo. (More photos can be sent) and as authentic as possible
