DaVinci Footage Prep for Editors

I have a steady flow of property shoots where the real-estate agents deliver scripted lines on camera as we move through the house. What I need is a DaVinci Resolve editor who can take the raw cards, drop everything into a Resolve project, and slice every take according to the script that accompanies each shoot.
Please place every trimmed clip in the timeline exactly where the line falls, then label the cuts with the same wording that appears in the script so my in-house team can spot the right sound bites at a glance. The overall organization inside the project should mirror the script’s structure; that way my editors can jump straight to the sections they need without hunting through bins or timecode. No colour work, graphics, or final storytelling required—just clean, well-named selects.
I’m working in DaVinci Resolve 18, so deliver the .drp file (and proxy media if you generate it) back to me. Keep the media management tidy so relinking on our end is frictionless. If you’re comfortable syncing dual-system audio when it appears, great—otherwise leave it as camera audio and flag any problem areas.
Acceptance for each batch:
• All dialogue moments isolated and trimmed to the in/out of the spoken line
• Clip names match the exact script labels provided
• Timeline order follows the script from start to finish with no gaps
• Resolve project opens error-free on version 18
That’s it—quick, precise prep work so my editors can dive straight into creative.
