Data Entry & Email Assistance

The core of this job is straightforward: I need large volumes of information copied and pasted with absolute accuracy, followed by timely, professional replies to incoming emails. Most of the source material is already organised; it simply needs to be moved into the designated spreadsheet or online form without errors.

In parallel with the data entry, several Word documents must be converted to PDF and checked to be sure formatting, hyperlinks, and page breaks stay intact. A quick run-through with Adobe Acrobat or an equivalent tool after each conversion will be expected.

Please keep turnaround fast, maintain confidentiality, and double-check every field you touch—speed is important, precision is non-negotiable. When you submit your proposal, attach a brief sample or link that shows past work on similar copy-paste tasks, email handling, or file conversions so I can gauge fit right away.

Deliverables
• Completed spreadsheet or form with all data correctly pasted
• Emails drafted and sent from my template folder (or queued for my review)
• Final PDFs that mirror the original Word files in layout and content
