I have a stack of physical documents—well over fifty pages—packed with information that now needs to live in a neat, clearly structured spreadsheet. I will share either an Excel file or a Google Sheet template with column headers already in place; your task is to key every piece of data from the printed pages into the correct fields.

Accuracy is the single most important factor on this project. Every character, digit, and line break must match the original documents, and the final sheet should be logically organised so anyone can sort or filter without additional clean-up.

• any similar data-entry projects you have completed from paper sources
• the tools or shortcuts you prefer to ensure zero-error transcription
• your estimated turnaround time for processing more than fifty pages
