Chat & phone support for Danish-speaking subscribers
Troubleshooting streaming issues, payment questions and app navigation
Guiding subscribers so they can enjoy their favourite content interruption-free
Communicating with empathy, clarity and patience
Working with a supportive team that genuinely has your back
Requirements
Speak Danish fluently
Have solid English skills
Are confident with basic tech/troubleshooting
Enjoy helping people and solving problems
Have customer service experience (optional but nice to have)
