DALI-Controlled Lighting for Versatile Hangar

I need a DALI-controlled lighting setup for my 4800 sq ft hangar. The space will be used for weddings, private parties, storing airplanes, and working on cars.

Requirements:
- The hangar includes an office and an apartment, with a 19' eave height.
- The lighting should be adjustable to create controllable colors for daytime work and evening functions.
