Daily X Content Scheduler

I run a health-focused practice with a steady pipeline of original articles, short videos, and branded images. I need a dependable virtual assistant to keep these assets flowing through our X (formerly Twitter) feed—one post every single day.

Here’s how I see the workflow:

• Each Friday I’ll drop the coming week’s content into a shared Google Drive.
• By Monday, the entire seven-day queue must be loaded into Buffer (or the scheduler you prefer) with captions, hashtags, and correct media formatting.
• You’ll log everything in our tracker so we never repeat or miss a post and can quickly spot gaps.

Right now the job is X only; if things go smoothly I may add Facebook, so any experience there is a welcome bonus—but growth-hacking isn’t part of the brief. This is pure content operations: schedule, double-check links, verify images and videos display properly, and keep the tone consistent with our brand voice.

Deliverables I will review weekly:
• Seven fully-scheduled X posts (mix of articles, videos, and images I provide).
• Updated spreadsheet or Airtable tracker.
• Brief confirmation message that the queue is set and all links/media render correctly.
