Daily WhatsApp Reminder Automation

I need a reliable partner who can take full responsibility for dispatching a short, consistent WhatsApp reminder to all employees every day. The message must reach everyone at the same set time (we can lock that in together), carry a professional tone, and remain traceable for my own records.

Here is how I picture the workflow:

• You connect our employee phone list to your preferred sending tool (WhatsApp Business API, Twilio, WATI, or a comparable platform—whatever you already know well).
• Each afternoon I will drop the next day’s reminder text in a shared Google Sheet or Trello card. You check it, format it if needed, and schedule it.
• Delivery confirmation is logged so I can see that every employee received it. If a number bounces or fails, I want a quick note back so we can correct our database.

Success for me looks like:
1. Every employee sees one clear reminder each workday.
2. No missed days, no delivery gaps.
3. An end-of-week summary that shows open rates or at least delivery status.
