Daily Textbook Data Entry

I receive a fresh batch of scanned textbook pages every day and need each page turned into clean, editable text. The source files are clear scans of printed text—no handwriting—so the job is straightforward but demands close attention to spelling, punctuation, and paragraph breaks.

Each morning I will share the day’s PDF scans. By the end of the same day, I need the content delivered back as a single Word document (or plain .txt if you prefer) that mirrors the original chapter structure: headings, sub-headings, numbered lists, and any italics or boldface. Feel free to run the pages through an OCR tool such as ABBYY FineReader or Adobe Acrobat; just be sure to proof-read thoroughly so the final copy is 99 % accurate or better.

Acceptance criteria:
• All text from the provided scans captured and proof-read
• Original page order and simple formatting preserved
• File returned by the agreed daily cut-off time
