Daily Tally Purchase Invoice Entry

I need someone who can log into my Tally installation each day and enter every new purchase invoice without fail. The job is straightforward but accuracy is paramount—GST-breakdowns, item quantities, rates, ledger allocations, and payment references all have to match the source documents exactly.

You will receive the source as “Purchase bill”, so please be comfortable transcribing whatever format that comes in. Turnaround must be same-day so that my purchase ledger, stock positions, and tax reports stay current.

If you already work confidently in Tally Prime or Tally ERP 9 and can demonstrate a near-zero error rate, this should be a smooth ongoing task. Each evening I will review the updated purchase register; any discrepancies should be corrected immediately.

Deliverable each day
• All new purchase invoices posted in Tally, fully balanced and saved
