I need a simple yet reliable Excel workbook that I can open every day, type in the latest supplier-related figures, and instantly see how those numbers are trending over time. The sheet should be laid out for fast manual entry—no imports or fancy forms—so columns, data validation, and clear headings are important.

Besides capturing the core supplier information (dates, supplier name, item, quantity, unit cost, and any notes you feel will help), I want built-in trend analysis that updates automatically: think pivot tables, line charts, or other Excel features that let me spot volume or cost patterns at a glance.
