Daily Excel Sales Data Entry

I update my product-sales workbook every evening, but the volume has grown past what I can comfortably handle alone. I’m looking for someone who can take over the daily Excel entry of all product sales that come through each day.

The workflow is completely manual at the moment: I’ll send you the raw figures in a simple text or photo format, and you’ll record them in my existing Excel template. For every single sale you will capture the following:

• Product name and quantity
• Date and time of sale
• Customer details

Accuracy is more important than speed, yet I still need the file returned the same day so I can reconcile inventory and produce a quick report. If you already have solid Excel habits—data validation, consistent formatting, basic formulas to flag anomalies—you’ll be a great fit.

Final deliverable each day: the updated spreadsheet saved in .xlsx format, ready for me to review without further edits.
