I’m looking for a senior-level Cyber Security Architect who can take full ownership of our enterprise security posture—from big-picture strategy through hands-on design guidance. The assignment centres on creating a cohesive, business-aligned security architecture that is both scalable and resilient.

You’ll be asked to draw on deep experience in Zero Trust, multi-cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), and identity-centric controls (IAM / PAM) while weaving in governance frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, and SOC 2. A major focus is integrating security across networks, applications, data, and DevSecOps pipelines, then tying everything back to measurable risk reduction.

Key objectives I need covered
• Map the current state of our security controls and identify critical gaps.
• Produce an end-to-end target architecture—network, cloud, application, and data layers included.
• Build a phased implementation roadmap that incorporates Zero Trust principles, SIEM/SOC requirements, and incident-response playbooks.
• Align all recommendations with our compliance obligations and business priorities.

Deliverables
1. Current-state assessment report with risk ratings.
2. Target-state security architecture diagrams and supporting documentation.
3. Implementation roadmap with timelines, resource estimates, and quick-win milestones.
4. Executive slide deck summarising strategy, cost/benefit, and next steps.

Successful completion means the documentation is clear enough for our internal teams to execute, references industry best practices, and demonstrates how each control measurably reduces risk.

If this matches your expertise and you can start soon, let’s discuss timelines and any information you need to begin the discovery phase.
