Customized POS & Sales Aggregator Software

A custom software for a local bakery
Two modules desired at initial stage, potential for future work if compatible.

Module 1: Touch-based POS system.
Input for Name, number and address (optional) of buyer.
two modes:
1)Barcode Scan
Auto-fill item-id
auto fill item name
Dropdown on Wholesale/Retail price
Auto fill pre-loaded wholesale/retail prices (based on dropdown selected)
2) Touch
auto-fill item id
auto fill item name
drop down on Wholesale/Retail price
Auto fill pre-loaded wholesale/retail prices (based on dropdown selected)

It must be possible to manually adjust price of item before it is added to cart.

The item entry is on the left side, whereas touch based entry is on the right side.
Touch based entry must feature categories and sub categories.

There must be a 'Add to cart' button for both manual/barcode scan and touch based entries

Cart must be visible.

A checkbox to indicate whether UPI payment was made.
Option to Create Order & Print Invoice

Module 2: Sales Aggregator
Total Sales made Monthly, weekly and daily. Also must have an option for 'date-range'.
Total income via UPI vs Cash

On another tab, the sales made on parent categories as a whole
like biscuits, breads, snacks, etc
Then on a drop down, sales made on sub categories.

These are the two modules that are desired. A decent UI is must. Existing software available on marketplace cannot be used by my workers. This software will run on two systems at two different branches. Sales data is expected to be synchronized.
